Our trusted childcare partners will provide a safe, engaging, and fun environment where children can play, create, and be cared for by experienced, fully vetted caregivers while parents enjoy the festivities.

To reserve babysitting services, please contact Busy Bees directly using the instructions below and mention Hecht Sherman Wedding while booking. We encourage families to make arrangements as early as possible, as availability may be limited.

*Please note: The ideal time to book services is early November - December 1. Please allow yourself time for a brief interview by Busy Bees prior to booking access.

The booking process is as follows:

1. Download Busy Bees Babysitting from your app store 
2. Apply as a New Parent 
3. Enter an in-network referral; if you don't have one, you can use two-character references. 
Select "I don't have a referral" and enter two-character references. 
4. In first booking notes list: " Hecht Sherman Wedding."
5. Enter Arizona Biltmore as home address: 2400 E Missouri Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85016
